Chilli Fried Crab

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Crab
  • 1 no Onion cut into rings
  • 1 cup Spring onions sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 nos Dry red chillies
  • 4 nos Shallots Kunjulli
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Ajino moto A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Thai chilly sauce
  • 1 no Red capsicum sliced

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chilli fried crab, first remove the shell and take out the flesh from crab.
  • Boil dry chillies, garlic and shallots in vinegar for 2 minutes. When cooled crush them.
  • Heat oil in pan, add the ground paste in it.
  • Add onion rings, capsicum, ajino moto, salt and thai chilli sauce.
  • Fry them well.
  • Add the crab and mix well till the masala coats well on the crab pieces.
  • Add little water and cover it and cook.
  • Remove lid, fry the crab, add spring onion and saute well.
  • Chilli fried crab is ready. Serve it hot.
