For preparing Chocolate Spunge, first boil the milk well.
Add sugar and mix well.
Mix together cornflour and a little water and pour this into the milk.
Continue to boil.
:- You can also substitute cornflour with egg white.
When the milk thickens, remove from the flame.
Allow it to cool.
Keep it in the freezer.
When it gets a bit set, beat it well.
Beat it 3 - 4 times in the similar way.
Finally, add vanilla essence and mix well.
Keep it in the freezer.
For the sauce:-
Beat the butter well.
Add a little water to it and beat again.
Add icing powder and cocoa powder and beat well again.
Keep it in the freezer.
When it gets set, beat it again.
Final product:-
Pour the above sauce over the set mixture or the vanilla mixture.
Garnish Chocolate Spunge with cashewnuts.
