Noodles(any type)
Tomato
Coriander leaves
Onion
Green chillies
Salt
As reqd
Oil
any
Instructions
Boil the noodles first and keep aside.
Chop tomato, onion, coriander leaves and green chillies.
Beat the egg and add the vegetables and salt.
Add the noodles and again beat well.
Fry in the frying pan like omlet.
:- Serve with ketchup or chutney.
