Coconut Burfi Sweet Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Finely grated coconut
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Place sugar and water in a pan on medium flame.
  • Melt sugar in the water.
  • When it starts turning brown, add coconut.
  • Keep stirring, till the coconut leaves the sides of the tawa.
  • Add powdered cardamom(powder in mixie with some sugar).
  • Grease a plate with ghee.
  • Pour the coconut mixture into the plate.
  • Cut it into small pieces.
  • Note:- You may also like the burfi, if you burn it a bit. Try with a small portion.
