curry leaves/kadi patta

Instructions
Wash and rinse the curry leaves and dry them on a kitchen towel. Heat oil in a small pan. add the curry leaves and fry till they become crisp.
Grind the fried curry leaves with grated coconut, grated ginger, green chilies, roasted chana dal/dalia and salt.
Serve Coconut Curry Leaves Chutney with channa dal vada, idli, dosa, medu vada or uttapam.
