  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 nos Cardamom ground, Elakka
  • Salt A pinch
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • For preparing coconut egg pudding, blend together eggs, butter and sugar to a frothy cream.
  • Mix egg mixture with coconut milk, ground cardamom and a pinch of salt.
  • Cook this mixture in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
  • Coconut egg pudding, a lip smacking dessert enjoyed by kids, is ready.
