Coconut Vada
Vadas made with coconut, rice flour and chillies

- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- 8 nos Green chillies
- 1 piece Ginger
- Salt As reqd
- Oil for frying
Mix together grated coconut with rice flour without adding water.
Add the garlic-green chillies paste.
Add salt to taste.
Heat the oil in a kadai or a pan.
Make small portions off the dough and shape them into vadas.
Deep fry them till they are golden brown.
:- Serve with ginger chutney.
