Crispy Cauliflower Fry

Crispy Cauliflower Fry is a super hit starter snack. The crispy deep fried cauliflower florets make a great treat at parties. Crispy Cauliflower Fry can be made in a jiffy and is served with mint chutney or a favorite sauce. The cauliflower florets are marinated in a spicy ginger garlic mixture. These marinated florets are dipped in corn and rice flour before frying to a golden brown crispy tenure. Very nutritious and healthy Crispy Cauliflower Fry requires very little ingredients. Ingredients
  

  • 10 - Cauliflower florets half of a big cauliflower, medium sized
  • 1 no Tomato medium
  • 1 no Onion small
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Blend the onion, tomato, ginger garlic to form a smooth paste.
  • :- Do not add water.
  • Gently fold in the paste to the florets along with salt, turmeric and chilly powder.
  • :- Adjust the spice as needed.
  • Marinate this for at least half an hour.
  • Before frying, mix the corn and rice flour and deep fry immediately for crispy ones.
  • :- This can also be shallow fried in 2 tbsp olive oil. In this case, reduce the flame to low and gently toss it over many times till the florets are brown, crispy and cooked. Use only a good non stick pan.
  • :- Serve Crispy Cauliflower Fry hot.
  • :- Crispy Cauliflower Fry goes well with Sweet chilly sauce or can be eaten as it is along with tea.
