Curry leaves
Instructions
Heat up the skillet.
Add the black gram, dal and red chillies.
Fry it on a medium flame until it turns golden brown.
Add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and stir continuosly.
Add the curry leaves and stir for 1 min.
Allow the fried mixture to cool.
Grind it into a powder in a food processor or mixie.
Add oil to the req amount of powder.
:- Serve with Dosas and Idlis.
