Take chicken in a vessel and squeeze lime over it.
Add 1/2 spoon of turmeric to it. Mix it well. Keep aside the chicken for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a pan.
Make the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper seeds and coriander leaves into a paste and add it to the pan. Stir it well.
Add tomato pieces.
Add the ginger and garlic paste to it. Stir this mixture well.
Finally add chicken to it.
Add salt to it.
Close the pan with a lid.
Keep it for 1/2 hour on low flame.
:- Make sure that there should not be any water in the mixture. It should be dry. Dry chicken masala is ready.
