Easy Baked Fish

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Fish washed and drained, Karimeen or Neimeen preferred
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy baked fish, first prepare a batter with crushed garlic, ginger, chilly powder, coriander, pepper, curd and required salt.
  • Apply the smooth batter on the fish pieces and cover with a banana leaf or cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • After marination, take a baking tray and place a foil paper on the base. Arrange the fish pieces on the tray and brush both sides with oil.
  • Easy baked fish in nearing completion. Bake the fish pieces for 8-10 minutes until the top turns golden brown in color.
  • Easy baked fish, a yummy, nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
