Pressure cook chicken with little turmeric powder and salt.
Remove the bones from chicken and cut chicken into small pieces and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry cut green chillies, ginger, garlic and onion.
Add garam masala, pepper powder and turmeric powder and saute, till the raw smell goes.
Add washed and cut mushrooms and mix it well with rest of the ingredients in the pan.
Add salt and mix again.
Cover and cook for 10 mins.
Add pieces of chicken and mix them again.
Cook for another 6 - 8 mins, stirring frequently without any lid on the pan.
:- Serve with hot rice.
