For preparing easy fish coconut gravy, marinate fish with turmeric and salt.
Slightly fry the fish. Keep aside.
Mix onion, green chillies, coriander powder, ginger and fish in clay pot. Add little water and cook the fish.
Meanwhile, grind coconut and cumin seeds.
Add the coconut mixture into fish and boil.
Add gambooge and coconut milk.
When gravy becomes thick and cooked, remove from flame.
Pour coconut oil on top with curry leaves.
Easy fish coconut gravy is ready.
