Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Any fish cut into small pieces
  • 2 nos Onion slices
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 no Gambooge kudampuli
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tbsp Ginger crushed
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • Curry leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy fish coconut gravy, marinate fish with turmeric and salt.
  • Slightly fry the fish. Keep aside.
  • Mix onion, green chillies, coriander powder, ginger and fish in clay pot. Add little water and cook the fish.
  • Meanwhile, grind coconut and cumin seeds.
  • Add the coconut mixture into fish and boil.
  • Add gambooge and coconut milk.
  • When gravy becomes thick and cooked, remove from flame.
  • Pour coconut oil on top with curry leaves.
  • Easy fish coconut gravy is ready.
