For preparing nawab pulao, soak rice in water and cook till half done.
Chop the chicken and mutton in equal sized pieces.
Heat ghee and oil.
Fry onions, ginger-garlic paste, chicken and mutton.
Add tomato mashed and some water. Cook in a pressure cooker till meat is tender.
When done, add curd and rosewater. Cook for some time.
Add required salt also.
In another pan, place the rice as a layer. Then cooked meat masala, again rice, then pour saffron mix, then meat.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
Garnish with fried onion and boiled eggs.
Easy nawab pulao is ready.
