Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Strawberry
  • 2 cups Milk boiled
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 3 nos Egg
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing easy strawberry ice cream, first chop the strawberries and blend with half of sugar in a blender. Immediately transfer into freezer.
  • Whisk egg for 3 minutes, add milk, vanilla and remaining sugar along.
  • While whisking, add the cream and mix well.
  • Add blended strawberries and whisk.
  • Transfer into a ice cream tray and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • Easy strawberry ice cream is ready.
