Take the mix of Chopped Shallots/Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli/Red Chilli Powder and Salt in a Vessel/Bow
Crack the Eggs and add the contents into this mix
Beat the mix with a tea-spoon for about five minutes (if necessary add about ½ tspn Turmeric powder also)
Heat the frying pan/Dosakkal and apply some oil on it
Then apply a part of the contents of egg, mixed with Shallots/Onion, Chilli and Ginger
Spread the mix in the Frying pan/Dosakkal as shown in picture and allow to cook it properly.
After 2 – 3 minutes, turn the Omelet into other side and allow to cook it for about two minutes and then change it into the serving plate
Egg Omelet is ready and it can be served with Bread or as a side dish for lunch/dinner etc.
