Egg Paneer Biriyani

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmati rice(soaked)
  • 4 nos Boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Paneer cubes
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Besan powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 no. Bay leaf
  • 1 no. Cinnamon
  • 2 nos Cloves
  • 2 nos Cardamom
  • Green chilli 2
  • Few Mint
  • 1 cup Onions(sliced)
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 1/2 cups Hot water

Instructions
 

  • Marinate boiled eggs and paneer in a mixture of red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and besan powder. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now take a pan and toss the marinated eggs and paneer in hot butter. Fry till paneer cubes are light golden in color.
  • Pour oil in a pan and fry the spices(cinnamon, cloves and cardamom), ginger garlic paste, onions, green chilli and mint. Fry till onions are golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree and salt. Saute well.
  • Now add soaked rice and stir for few mins. Add hot water and cook rice.
  • When the rice is 3/4th cooked, add the tossed eggs and paneer.
  • Cover the lid for 10 mins and serve the dish hot.
