Boiled egg : 2 nos
Salt : to taste
Spring onion : 1 bunch
Green chilli : 2 chopped
Ajwain / Carom seeds: ½ tsp
Besan : ¾ cup
Soda powder : a pinch
Water : for mix
Oil : to deep fry
Instructions
Remove the egg shells and grate well.
Mix spring onion, green chilli, salt, carom seeds, soda powder, besan with little water, in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan, take this mixture and make shape like patties and put it into the oil.
Deep fry in both sides of the patties.
Remove in a plate and serve with your favorite chutney.
