Egg Rice

Easy and Tasty egg rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Boiled rice
  • 4 nos Eggs
  • 3 nos Green chillies crushed
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion, crushed green chillies and fry until translucent.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and stir well.
  • Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder and stir till tomato gets cooked.
  • Add eggs into the pan.
  • When eggs get cooked a little, stir and scramble it.
  • Add boiled rice. Mix well.
  • Transfer the contents toa serving bowl.
  • :- Serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
