- Egg 3no.
- Carrot 1 tsp
- Onion 1 tsp
- Milk 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- oil 2 tsp
chop the onion and carrot
in a bowl add egg, milk, chopped onion, carrot, pepper, salt and coriander leaves and beat well.
heat the tawa and pout the egg and apply oil, allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame by closing the lid
remove the lid and start rolling it slowly
cut into small pieces, now egg roll is ready to serve
