  • 2 tbs Corn flour
  • 1 tbs Bread crumbs
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Cut the fish into thin stripes.
  • Beat the egg
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Dip the fish in the egg
  • Roll in the corn flour
  • Then in the bread crumbs
  • Fry them in oil.
  • Serve hot.
