Instructions
Wash the fishes and cut them into pieces.
Mix together ginger - garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and curd and rub it well on the fish pieces and marinate for 1/2 an hour.
Remove the fish pieces from the curd and set them aside for 15-20 minutes to dry.
Thread these pieces on skeweres and grill them after rubbing a little butter on the fish pieces,
:- Serve hot.
