Fresh Veggie Salad
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olive oil and other ingredients are tossed and combined together

- 1 cup Lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Onion sliced
- 1/2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Mint leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Pepper powder A pinch
- Salt As reqd
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic
For preparing fresh veggie salad, mix together lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and capsicum in a mixing bowl. Keep this aside.
Prepare a mixture by blending together garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture into the veggie salad and toss gently. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
