In a bowl add curd, salt, red chilli powder, white pepper, Lemon juice, red chilli flakes
Corn flour, maida, rice flour, ginger garlic paste and mix well
Now add fish and marinate for 1 hour
In bowl add some maida , corn flour and water mix like batter.
Semi grind the corn flake and keep aside
Now take the fish one by one dip with maida and corn flour batter
mix with corn flakes
Boil the oil and put the fish one by one and deep fry it. Serve hot with sauce
