- 1 1/2 Cups Rice flour or puttu podi
- 1/2 cup Flour Maida
- 1 1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 No. Onion Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 Tsp Black seed
- Oil For deep frying
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
Heat ghee in a vessel and saute onion in it for 1 minute.
Add ginger garluc paste and saute it again for 2 minutes.
Add water, salt and black seeds. Bring it to boil. Once it starts boiling, add flour into it. Mix it well with a spoon. Turn off the flame
Make a soft dough out of it. The dough should be soft but should not be watery.
Take a portion, make balls and flatten it.
Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry both sides until light brown in color.
Fried ginger garlic pathiri is ready. Serve with non-veg curry or with kuruma.
