Garlic Roll

It is the easiest bread rolls you can bake, especially if you are a beginner to baking bread at home.
Ingredients
- For Dough
- maida 1 cup
- yeast 1 pinch
- sugar 1 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- hot water as required
- TO Roll
- italian seasoning 1 tsp
- garlic 10 no.
- butter 3 tsp
- coriander leaves 1 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- pepper 1 tsp
Instructions
- Make dough with maida, yeast, sugar, salt and hot water and allow to rise.
- In a bowl add butter, italian seasoning, mashed garlic, salt, pepper and coriander leaves
- mix it well
- Roll the dough and apply the mix
- roll it
- Cut the roll
- In a baking tray grease the oil and keep the roll
- apply butter and bake for 30 mins
- now Garlic roll is ready
