- 2 Cups Cauliflower florets/Gobi
For Preparing Gravy:
- 1 No. Onion Chopped
- 2 Nos. Green chilly Chopped
- 1 Tsp Crushed ginger-garlic
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tsp Soya sauce
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- Salt As reqd
- Coriander leaves Few
For Preparing Batter :
- 2 Tsp Corn flour
- 4 Tsp Plain Flour
- 1 No. Egg
- 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
- Water Little
- Salt As reqd
- Oil For Frying
In a bowl, mix together the batter ingredients. Dip cauliflower florets in this and deep fry until golden brown.
Transfer to a pan.
Heat oil in a deep pan, and sauté crushed ginger-garlic for a few seconds.
Add onion and green chilly. Cook until the onion turns light brown.
Increase the flame and add all sauces and vinegar. Lower the flame and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
Pour corn flour paste to this.
Turn off the flame and then add the fried cauliflowers. Mix well.
Serve hot.
