Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cauliflower florets/Gobi

For Preparing Gravy:

  • 1 No. Onion Chopped
  • 2 Nos. Green chilly Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Crushed ginger-garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilly Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves Few

For Preparing Batter :

  • 2 Tsp Corn flour
  • 4 Tsp Plain Flour
  • 1 No. Egg
  • 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • Water Little
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the batter ingredients. Dip cauliflower florets in this and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a pan.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan, and sauté crushed ginger-garlic for a few seconds.
  • Add onion and green chilly. Cook until the onion turns light brown.
  • Increase the flame and add all sauces and vinegar. Lower the flame and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
  • Pour corn flour paste to this.
  • Turn off the flame and then add the fried cauliflowers. Mix well.
  • Serve hot.
