Instructions
Pressure cook the wheat, till done.
Pressure cook the dhal in another pan, till done.
Place the cooked wheat and cooked dhal in a big vessel on a low flame.
Add coconut milk, sugar, powdered cardamom and salt. Stir continuously.
When it starts to reduce or thicken and gets a consistency of a payasam, remove from flame.
:- Check sweetness and add as reqd.
Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
