Wash the apples and cut into small pieces. Remove the core.
Take a blender and add apple pieces and sugar. Pour 2 cups chilled water.
Blend them until smooth puree.
Place a fine metal strainer over a large bowl to strain the juice. Pour the prepared juice over it. Press the pulp with a spoon to get as much juice as possible. Discard the remaining pulp.
Strain the soaked chia seeds.
Add it into the juice and serve.
