Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped ginger. Saute for 5 seconds.
Add onion and saute in medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Now add green peas (here I used frozen cooked green peas). You can also soak the normal green peas overnight and cook it by adding little salt and cook for 3-4 whistles.
Mix it well.
Add salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Saute for few minutes to get rid of the raw smell.
Reduce the flame to low and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Now open and add some curry leaves.
Break 2 eggs and add it.
Scramble it in medium flame.
Add chopped coriander leaves and little more pepper powder
