Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 litre Milk boiled
  • Dry fruits Fried
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka podi

Instructions
 

  • For preparing green peas payasam, cook peas well. Drain and keep aside.
  • Grind it in mixer.
  • Fry the ground peas in ghee.
  • Add milk to it and cook in low flame for 20 minutes.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits.
  • Stir well.
