Instructions
Wash and drain the rice and add coconut pieces.
Dry roast the rice and coconut till you hear the crackling sound of rice.
Dry roast the peanuts on medium flame for few minutes. Then let it cool and remove the skin.
Once the roasted rice is cooled down, add it into a blender along with roasted peanuts and make a fine powder.
Crush the jaggery and add it into the blender. Blend it well.
Easy Homemade Health Mix is ready now. You can store it in an airtight container up to 1 month. Serve along with a cup of tea.
