Cut the chicken into small pieces, clean the chicken and add pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt as required. Pressure cook it for 1-2 whistles or until done.
When the chicken is well cooked, keep aside.
Boil enough water by adding required salt and 1 tbsp oil.
Add the noodles.
Boil the noodles until done.
When done, drain them in a colander immediately.
Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic.
Add the sliced onion and fry for 30 seconds.
Add carrot and capsicum.
Add cabbage and fry for 1 minute until the aroma of the veggies come out.
Add noodles and if needed add little salt.
If you have set the chicken aside add it to the wok/pan now.
Add tomato sauce and soya sauce over it.
Finally add pepper powder.
Mix well. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes
