previously steamed and cooled, and diced into bite sized pieces

Green chilly

Curry masala powder or Red chilly powder

Instructions
Heat oil in a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add the onions and saute till light brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste, green chilly, salt, curry leaves, turmeric powder and curry masala powder and saute well for 2 - 3 mins.
Once done, add the tomatoes.
Stir well until it is cooked.
Add diced idlis and mix well.
Cook for 5 mins and finally add salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with a cup pf tea...
