Lamb chops are a delicacy cherished around the world for their tender texture and rich flavor. But when you add an Indian twist to them, you elevate the dish to a whole new level.

Instructions
Keep ready the Lamb Chops Shoulder Cut in a vessel.
Add coriander leaves, garlic, pepper powder, paprika, curd, salt, olive oil, lime Juice and fenugreek Leaves to lamb chops and mix it well. Keep it for marinated for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat an Iron griddle or thick bottomed pan in medium heat and apply little oil.
Place the lamb chops and after 2 minutes flip it. Do the same after 2 minutes.
It takes around 8 minutes to cook well.
Adjust the time of cooking based on your liking (Medium rare, medium or well done). Well done may loose the juiciness of the lamb.
