For preparing quail/kaada roast, rub salt and pepper powder in quail.
Slightly fry it in oil and keep aside.
Crush shallots, pepper corns, ginger, garlic, cumin and fennel seeds. Just give a pulse.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry it. Add crushed shallot mixture and green chilies.
Fry well. Add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric. Add salt and fry it.
Add the fried quail and roast well.
Add coriander leaves and tomato on top.
Cover and cook.
Make it a semi roast.
Quail/Kaada roast is ready.
