Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups Flour
  • 2 Egg
  • 2-3 tsp Sugar
  • 2-3 Cardamom
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Mix the egg, sugar and cardamom in a bowl thoroughly
  • Add the flour to it and mix well to make a thick batter
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Take a handful of this batter and pour it to the oil in a spiral manner (like making a jalebi)
  • Fry that side
  • Turn it over and fry the other side till it turns light brown in color
  • Repeat the process for the remaining batter
  • Serve it as an evening snack
