Instructions
Beat egg and sugar together.
Mix in the cardamom, black cumin seeds and flour.
Knead the mixture well to make smooth dough.
Make small balls out of the dough and roll it with 1 inch thickness.
Slice it to small rectangular pieces or any shape as you wish.
Fry it in coconut oil till light brown.
You can increase the frying time to make the snack crispier.
Serve it as an evening snack.
