  • 15 nos. Shallots
  • Lemon sized tamarind(without seeds)
  • Salt as required
  • 5-6 nos. Kanthari mulaku (Bird's Eye Chilly)
  • 1 tsp Coconut

  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Add all the ingredients into a masher and mash it very well.
  • Tasty and spicy Kanthari Mulaku Chammanthi is ready now.
