Oil for frying
Instructions
Peel and grate the tapioca.
Add all the ingredients except the oil.
Mix them together till blended.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take a little batter in your hands and sprinkle it with your fingers like pakodas into the hot oil and fry till crisp.
Remove to a strainer and drain the oil.
Allow it to cool.
:- Store them in an airtight container.
