Kerala Egg Sandwich

Less spicy, you may enjoy with tea, children will love it

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Eggs hardboiled
  • 3 nos Onion
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Allpurpose flour Maida
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut each egg into two halves and take out the yolk with a spoon without breaking the white part.
  • Chop onions and green chillies into small pieces.
  • Saute onion and green chillies in oil for 5 mins.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Add salt.
  • Add the yolk and saute it for 2 mins.
  • When cool, make small balls and fill this inside the half of the egg.
  • Make a thick batter of maida with water and salt.
  • Dip each egg piece in maida batter.
  • Take some oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry both the sides of the egg.
  • :- Be careful when you add salt since you add it twice i.e.,in the filling and also in the batter.
