Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potato
  • 1 nos Onion
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper optional
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • Water as reqd
  • Salt as reqd
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 nos Dry red chilly
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious dish, first chop potatoes into small squared pieces and slice the onions.
  • Take a pan and add the potatoes,onions,turmeric powder,chilly powder,salt and water and cook till the potatoes are done.
  • Into this, add green chillies, ginger,pepper(if needed) and the coconut milk and cook on a low flame.
  • Now heat oil in another pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add red chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add this to the curry.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
