Tomato
cut into small pieces, big

Onions
cut into small pieces, medium

Red chillies
Kollamulaku
Garam masala powder
A pinch

tbsp
Coriander leaves
chopped
Oil for frying
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
Fry the red chillies, till they become dark in colour.
Add onion and fry, till it becomes golden brown.
Add tomato and saute.
Add a little water, if necessary.
Add salt.
Add garam masala.
;- You can substitute it with a spoon full of sambar powder if you don`t like the taste of garam masala.
Add coriander leaves.
Grind them together into a paste.
Garnish with the rest of the coriander leaves.
:- Serve with idlis and dosas.
