Cooking Tips for Perfect Kerala Chicken Curry

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Always use freshly ground spices for the best flavor. Fresh curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste can make a significant difference in enhancing the aroma.
  • Adjust the Spice Level: Depending on your preference, you can control the heat by adjusting the amount of chili powder or pepper. For a milder version, reduce the spices and add a bit of coconut milk for a creamy touch.
  • Don’t Rush the Cooking Process: Allow the chicken to cook slowly, absorbing the spices. The longer it simmers, the more flavorful the curry becomes.
