- 1 kg Fish
- 1 no Onion cut into small pieces
- 3 nos Garlic pods
- Ginger A small piece
- 3 - Green chilly
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 3 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek powder Uluva
- 1/2 cup Hot & Spicy Ketchup
- 4 - Kukum star soaked in water along with salt, Kodampuli
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add green chilly, onion, garlic and ginger and fry for 5 mins.
When it is half cooked, add chilly powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder and turmeric powder.
Add kukum star along with the reqd quantity of water.
Add ketchup and stir well.
Cook for 15 mins.
