Condensed milk
Instructions
For preparing kesar-badam kulfi, boil milk in a sauce pan, simmer and reduce it to 1 litre by stirring continuously.
Add the condensed milk and sugar and stir it till sugar dissolves.
Soak saffron in 1 tsp of warm milk and add it to the reduced milk.
Add rest of the ingredients: mango pulp, chopped almonds and cardamom powder to it and mix.
Pour in moulds, seal them well and freeze them till set.
Unmould and serve chilled.
