Kesar-Badam Kulfi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 litre Milk
  • 1/4 cup Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 20 nos Almonds roasted and chopped
  • Saffron Few strands
  • 1 pinch Cardamom powder Elakka
  • 400 g Condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kesar-badam kulfi, boil milk in a sauce pan, simmer and reduce it to 1 litre by stirring continuously.
  • Add the condensed milk and sugar and stir it till sugar dissolves.
  • Soak saffron in 1 tsp of warm milk and add it to the reduced milk.
  • Add rest of the ingredients: mango pulp, chopped almonds and cardamom powder to it and mix.
  • Pour in moulds, seal them well and freeze them till set.
  • Unmould and serve chilled.
