Ingredients
  

  • 700 g Kingfish Neymeen

For Marination:

  • 1 piece Ginger (Medium)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • As reqd Salt

For Garnishing:

  • 1 Handful or more as reqd Onion
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean and drain the kingfish slices. Prepare a smooth marinade of the ingredients under marination.

  • Apply the marinade on the kingfish slices and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of coconut oil, and fry the fish pieces.

  • When it is almost done, add one handful of onions. In between add more coconut oil if required and fry until the onion pieces are browned.
