For Marination:
- 1 piece Ginger (Medium)
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- As reqd Salt
For Garnishing:
- 1 Handful or more as reqd Onion
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
Clean and drain the kingfish slices. Prepare a smooth marinade of the ingredients under marination.
Apply the marinade on the kingfish slices and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of coconut oil, and fry the fish pieces.
When it is almost done, add one handful of onions. In between add more coconut oil if required and fry until the onion pieces are browned.
