kongu special this recipe. this is very simple and easy to make. this have both Protein and Carbohydrate

- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 cup Toor dal
- 10 Shallots
- 6 Garlic
- Curry leaves small
- 1 Tomato
- 3 Dry chili
- 5 slice coconut
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Mustard , jeera, fenugreek
- 2 tblsp Gingeely oil
Soak both rice and dal for 15 mins and keep aside
In pressure pan add oil and temper Mustard , jeera, fenugreek
Add shallots, garlic, curry leaves, dry chili and saute well
Now add tomato and salt and turmeric cook soft
Add rice and dal and add water 1: 3 and stir it
Add coconut and mix it well and close lid and pressure it.
After 3 whistles open mix well and serve
