Mix rice flour salt and hot water to make a smooth and medium thick batter.
Make small balls out of it and press it lightly.
Steam cook the rice balls and keep it aside.
In a pressure cooker sautT onion and green chilly in coconut oil.
Add tomato, coriander leaves and curry leaves and sautT again.
Mix in the garam masala, beef, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and water as required. Stir well and cook it with closed lids. 3-4 whistles may be enough.
Convert the cooked curry to a big vessel.
Mix in the 2nd coconut milk with the curry.
Add the steam cooked rice balls in the curry and mix well.
Mix in the 1st coconut milk and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve it after 15 minutes.
