Lamb Keema Tikki
this is a fusion dish. An interesting, tasty starter.

- lamb keema 1 cup
- salt to taste
- red chilli powder 2 tsp
- turmeric powder 1 tsp
- garam masala 1 tsp
- corn flour 2 tsp
- maida 1 tsp
- rice flour 1 tsp
- fried gram flour 3 to 4 tsp
- ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- oil as required
in a bowl add lamb keema, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, rice flour, maida, corn flour and fried gram flour
mix well and marinate for half an hour
make as a tikki shape and keep it
heat the tawa and fry the lamb keema both the side by applying oil
now lamb keema tikki is ready to serve
