Lamb Keema Tikki

this is a fusion dish. An interesting, tasty starter.

Ingredients
  

  • lamb keema 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • maida 1 tsp
  • rice flour 1 tsp
  • fried gram flour 3 to 4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • oil as required

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl add lamb keema, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, rice flour, maida, corn flour and fried gram flour
  • mix well and marinate for half an hour
  • make as a tikki shape and keep it
  • heat the tawa and fry the lamb keema both the side by applying oil
  • now lamb keema tikki is ready to serve
